Oh Cheolsu is the leader of school bullies in a Chungcheongbuk-do high school.
Appearance
Oh Cheolsu has ruffled hair that is dyed brown, and even at school tends to wear a blue t-shirt under his school jacket instead of a school shirt.
Personality
Similar to most bullies, Cheolsu likes to tease new students and make them run errands, torment weak classmates, and get his gang to beat up those he doesn’t like, as well as hitting on pretty girls.
History
Cheolsu and his gang had always been the class’s source of headache for his teacher, in addition to the frequently absent Ban Sihyeon.

When Gang Daehyeop transferred to his class on a day Sihyeon also showed up, Cheolsu who got reminded by his teacher to study hard went to tease Daehyeop about his bad grades, and subsequent to sending Daehyeop to be an errand boy turned to bullying a napping Sihyeon. A few days later Cheolsu and his gang approached Seo Yuri who had come to look for Daehyeop, making Sihyeon mistake her to be his girlfriend. After receiving a letter about Yuri being kidnapped, Cheolsu went and tried to pressure Daehyeop into giving Yuri to him for a night, then upon being ignored ordered his gang to beat Daehyeop up, but this instead made Daehyeop lose his temper and utilise his Charyeok to beat the gang up. Forced to lead Daehyeop to the location on the letter where Yuri was held, Cheolsu got ensnared in Sihyeon’s Dungeon, where he was scared unconscious by an attacking skeleton.
Abilities
He only possesses the mediocre fighting abilities of an average person.
