He is a very large man with a suit that has three "eyes." He also has steam pumps emitted from his back, likely suggested that his suit is powered with electricity.

He is one of the members of the US forces that enters North Korea to obtain Jin Mo-Ri. When in the tunnel attempting to collect him, they come across the RE Taekwondo Force. MK-II manages to beat Jo Duk-Bae with relative ease but is then instantly defeated by Jin Tae-Jin.
